Your inquiry.
Handled with purpose.
This notice explains the information collected by the public contact, demo and account-request forms.
Last updated: October 25, 2026.
What you submit
We collect the name, company, email address, optional phone number, request type, subject and message that you submit, along with the submission time and request source. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive information about other people.
Why it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss the software or arrange company access. Submitting a form does not start a paid subscription or opt you into a marketing mailing list.
Storage and access
Website inquiries are stored on the Velntri application’s hosting system. The application restricts the inquiry review interface to the platform owner. The forms send an acknowledgement to your submitted email address and a notification containing your inquiry to inquiries@velntri.com through the hosting mail service. The business mailbox uses Microsoft 365. Delivery status is recorded separately from the inquiry. Your submission is not an enrolment in marketing email.
Cookies and analytics
These public pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Signing in to the management platform uses a session cookie to maintain your account session. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection information as part of serving the website.
Retention and requests
No automatic inquiry deletion schedule is currently configured. The platform owner can archive and restore requests; archiving does not delete your information. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry through the contact form. Choose “Security or privacy question” and identify the request using the email address you submitted.
Scope
This notice covers the public website inquiry forms. It is not a statement of contractual terms for a customer’s company records or an assertion of a particular regulatory certification.
